Privacy and data
We keep this simple, because we keep your data simple. The only personal details we hold are the ones you choose to send us when you start a conversation about a piece — and we use them for exactly that, nothing else.
What we collect
When you use our contact form or write to us directly, we receive what you give us: your name, an email address and/or phone number so we can reply, and — if you add them — your location and a message about your space or piece. We do not collect anything you do not type, and we do not buy or enrich your details from anywhere else.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if it becomes an order, to manage your project — drawings, samples, delivery and our own records. We do not add you to mailing lists or newsletters, and we do not use your details for advertising. As we say on the contact page: no lists, no newsletters.
How your message is handled
Our site is hosted on Netlify, and contact-form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to us by email at hello@askstudioeg.com. These providers process your message only so that it reaches us. We never sell or rent your information, and we share it only with the service providers needed to deliver and store your message.
Analytics and cookies
We measure visits with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first tool that is cookieless, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other websites. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A small amount of information may be stored locally in your browser purely to improve the experience (for example, to avoid replaying the intro animation), and it never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to your project and our reasonable business records, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — just email hello@askstudioeg.com and we will take care of it. ASK Studio is based in Egypt; wherever you are, we aim to honour data-protection requests in the spirit of the GDPR and Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page. Last updated 18 June 2026.
